The New Product Showcase is the premier platform for MADE Central California exhibitors to unveil their latest and greatest products and services. Product submissions will be featured on our digital platforms and will have a dedicated area on the trade show floor.
Entrants of the New Product Showcase are eligible for The Pressure Cooker, a competition for the most innovative new products!

NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE FAQS
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A NEW PRODUCT?
Any new product or service that has launched in the last 3-5 years will be considered. Entries may stem from a previous product or service. For example, the debut of a new flavor or revision is considered acceptable for the New Product Showcase.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE AND THE PRESSURE COOKER?
The New Product Showcase is not a competition. It is a platform for exhibitors to share their new products/services in a dedicated space on the show floor and on dedicated digital mediums. The only qualification for entering in the New Product Showcase is that the company must either be an exhibitor or sponsor of MADE. The Pressure Cooker is a competition focused on finding the most innovative products and services in Central California. Any company that has entered a submission into the New Product Showcase is eligible to submit a video application for the Pressure Cooker by July 15.
WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DUE?
Application and payment for the New Product Showcase are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Please note, if you are planning on applying for the Pressure Cooker, that video application is due by July 15, 2022 and will only be considered upon satisfaction of New Product Showcase prerequisite.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE PRESSURE COOKER?
Upon completion of registration for the New Product Showcase, exhibitors are invited to register for The Pressure Cooker via this link:
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS TOO BIG OR EXPENSIVE TO BE PLACED ON A SHELF?
Applicants with submissions that cannot be placed on the New Product Display Shelf (machinery, equipment, expensive technology, etc.), should provide an 8×10 color photo of product to be displayed in lieu of product packaging. Applicants are responsible for providing photo during designated New Product Showcase delivery window on August 29 and 30, 2022.
THE PRESSURE
COOKER

The 10 selected finalists will participate in a televised competition for innovative creations relating to the food industry. The winner of the panel judge contest will win a grand prize of $10,000 and will be announced at the conclusion of Day 1 at SIP—Social for Industry Professionals.
FOODIE FAVORITE
AWARDS

The Foodie Favorite Awards is a live voting platform for hundreds of consumers to pick their FAVORITE food and beverage products from the trade show floor during TASTE Central California on Thursday, September 1st. All food & beverage exhibitors will automatically be entered in the Foodie Favorite Awards. There will be a first, second and third place winner.

COMPETITION

Within TASTE Central California, participating restaurants will compete to provide unique creations incorporating exhibitor products from the tradeshow floor.
